August to November is the dry season to the Ampara, eastern, Sri Lanka. The people need to fight to take water for their daily routine. Most people bathe from the canals. In the end of the 2nd paddy season the irrigation officers will limit the water supply through canals.
But I saw one man came taking a dog and began to bathe it in the canal. Most people bathe at the moment accused him.
It was a bad experience of me.

The man did the wrong thing that give a bath to a dog while other people bathing at the canal.
But the dog also have a bath, because it also have rights.
so what to do if a dog take a bathe like that?
But that man had to realize that it is nut suitable to give a bath to a dog while other people was bathing..
