Sea Cadet Wing-2008

The navy cadet platoon of the Pitakumbura Navodya School was participated the assessment camp in the Youth Cadet Corps head quarters in the Rantambe on 04th of July 2008 It was a huge event We too participated with the parents Parents were hired a double door bus to see the passing out ceremony We started to fly at 6 am then we reached there at 8 o’clock
The ceremony started at around 9 am. Our school represented the Monaragala district. Our school was in the 07th position in the island. The champions were the Mahamaya Girls School,Kandy,Sri Lanka.
The chief guest was Mrs. Sumedha G. Jayasena, one of the government ministress. She appreciated our school , because of the first school joined to the Navy Cadet Wing from the Monaragala District in Sri Lanka. More photoes
